SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders,
rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS
service at any time. Simply text «STOP» to the same number that sent
you messages. Upon sending «STOP,» we will confirm your unsubscribe
status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS
messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume
sending SMS messages to you.

and most regional carriers.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

• General Policy: All sales are final. NO REFUNDS ($0.00 USD) will be issued.

• Passenger Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will result in a service credit available for future use.

• No-Show Policy: If the driver arrives at the designated pickup location and cannot make contact with the passenger within 15 minutes, the driver will depart, and the trip will be canceled without a refund.

• Company Cancellations: In the event that Traslados Usa LLC must cancel a trip, the customer will be offered a service credit or a full refund.

PASSENGER CONDUCT AND SAFETY

• Prohibited Items: Customers are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol, smoking nicotine, or using vaporizers inside the vehicle. Any type of illegal drug is strictly forbidden.

• Right to Terminate: If the driver feels unsafe at any point due to bad behavior or violation of our policies, the trip will be canceled immediately without refund.

• Minors: Minors must be accompanied by an adult or travel with written permission. Customers must notify us in advance if a car seat is needed.

• Pets: Pets are welcome but must be transported safely and securely in the vehicle at all times.

Changes to Terms of Service
